I placed my order, can you tell me when it will ship?
Depending on the order, processing takes anywhere from 2 days to 8 weeks for shipping. We do our best to have all orders processed quickly. Sometimes this will include time for verification to see if names are spelled correctly to ensure accurate order processing.
Most of our items are made to order AFTER you have placed your order, especially personalized customized designs. Our unique designs are not sold in stores, but creating each design individually can take a little extra time.
- Standard Processing - order processed within 7-12 business days, with delivery 5-10 days after shipping.
- Premium Shipping Upgrade - order processes within 5-10 business days, with delivery 3-7 days after shipping.
- Stock items can include expedited shipping - within 1 - 2 Business Days, with delivery 3-5 days after shipping.

Is there anything that might delay my order?
During high demand periods, including holidays or new product launches, you may experience a shipment delay. During public holidays, manufacturers and shipping couriers may limit their operations, which is outside our control. Normal service usually resumes immediately after each holiday.
How can I change or cancel my order?
Our process is to process orders as soon as possible daily, so we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed. If an invalid mailing address is given, the delivery will still be attempted and then returned to the warehouse. A new shipment will have to be generated, and assuming the wrong address was not our fault, additional shipping charges will apply.

- If you have an item, purchased from chicagofootprints that you don't love it may be exchanged or returned for full credit (minus shipping).
- Any merchandise that is returned within 30 days of purchase will be refunded in the original form of payment.
- Any merchandise returned after 30 days may be exchanged or refunded in the form of a merchandise credit (shipping not refunded).
- Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

While we do offer worldwide shipping, we only provide tracking for these countries:
Your shipping tracking information should be emailed to you within 15 days. If after 15 days, you still haven't received an email confirmation, please contact us so we can request it from our shipping courier's tracking system.
What is the location of your jewelry manufacturer?
Our jewelry is manufactured in the United States and Asia. Our favorite personalized jewelry manufacturer is located in Hackettstown, New Jersey, where the majority of the production workforce is (fair wage) working moms. Much of our customized jewelry is handmade in New Jersey by They are crafted for quality and assurance that when you receive them you will love and enjoy them for years to come.
Most of our jewelry products are made from high-grade surgical stainless steel (316L) which is a strong, corrosion-resistant, and low allergy metal. Items finished in gold are plated with real 18K gold, using specialized plating techniques that provide a hard-wearing coating of gold that won't rub or wear away. If you are sensitive to stainless steel, the gold finish provides a good barrier between skin and steel. Our woven leather bracelets are made from real leather, produced using cow hides. The doming material is a hand-poured liquid glass that provides a strong, water resistant seal on the item that brings out the true colours and detail of our designs. We carry a variety of jewelry that may include Stainless Steel, Copper, Gold overlay, Sterling Silver.
How long will it take for my order for wearables to ship?
Most of our clothing wearables, and many of our gift products are shipped from the US Midwest where we get great quality, and fast shipping. Since our customized clothing is made to order, we want to ensure that you receive the best quality possible. So printing times can vary according to current order volume. At this time most orders are shipping out between 5-14 business days from the date of the order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email at the address you provided which will contain tracking information. USPS domestic usually takes 3-10 business days. But if you have any issues receiving your apparel order, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Are the leggings true to size?
They are true to US sizing charts. If in doubt go one size bigger then you normally would wear to assure a good fit.
Can the leggings be worn for workouts and biking?
Absolutely! You will likely agree that our leggings are the most comfy you have tried. They are designed to be stretchy and flexible enough for all activities, including workouts, running and biking.
